The contract is confirmed when the customer places an order and receives confirmation.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to return the product within 14 days after receiving it.

Article 7 – Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Article 8 – Exclusions

Returns are not accepted for:

  • personalized/custom products
  • opened or hygiene products

Article 11 – Delivery

  • Delivery time may range from 7 to 30 days
  • Elyndria is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, suppliers, or customs

  • These costs are the responsibility of the customer
